Cupping Therapy
Cupping Therapy involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction. The vacuum from the cups lifts the fascia and underlying tissues, drawing stagnant blood and toxins to the surface. It’s like a reverse massage—pulling instead of pressing—stimulating lymphatic drainage, breaking up adhesions, and encouraging fresh oxygenated blood to flood the area.

Cupping has been used for thousands of years across many cultures and is one of the oldest healing practices in the world. Cupping is most commonly used to relieve pain and boost circulation, improve mobility and support deep healing. Cupping can also be used to detoxify the body, reduce inflammation and restore energetic flow. The marks left behind from the cups aren’t bruises—they’re signs of stagnation being released, and they fade within days 5-14 days. Cupping is often combined with other therapies, and I frequently combine it with massage, sound healing and fascial manoeuvres.
